Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role is responsible for providing high-level clinical support and patient care that goes far beyond task execution.

You will guide patients through their health journey, support providers in clinical decision-making, and help maintain a seamless, 5‑star experience across the clinic.

Responsibilities

As Registered Nurse (RN) at WIFM, you will be vital in delivering exceptional patient care within our integrative healthcare model. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Clinical Excellence + Thinking Responsibilities

  • Use strong clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and triage skills
  • Identify patient concerns and escalate appropriately
  • Support providers in implementing personalized functional medicine treatment plans
  • Educate and empower patients in a high-touch, relationship-centered environment

Clinical Procedures

  • Prepare and room patients, documenting pertinent information such as medical history, medications, and reason for visit.
  • Obtain patient vital signs and conduct specific screenings, including InBody scans.
  • Limited IV & phlebotomy (backup)
  • Start peripheral IVs & administer vitamin/mineral infusions
  • Assist with regenerative & aesthetic procedures (PRP, peptides, pellet procedures, etc.)
  • Conduct screenings including vitals, InBody analysis, and symptom assessments
  • Assist with aesthetic and body contouring including NeoGen numbing, red light therapy and T-Shape 2 position, prep, and room turnover.

Patient Management + Communication

  • Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers
  • Answer patient questions with warmth, clarity, and accuracy
  • Coordinate care with specialty offices and partner providers
  • Support prescription management per protocol
  • Complete referral forms and other paperwork as needed
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation, referrals, scheduling, order entry, and prescription requests

Team + Workflow Support

  • Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
  • Assist with clinic flow, organization, and proactive patient support
  • Maintain accurate, thoughtful documentation in the EHR
  • This is a clinically engaging role for nurses who love autonomy, ownership, and critical thinking

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of experience

  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

  • Comfortable with IV starts, phlebotomy, and in-office procedures

  • Excellent communication and patient education ability

  • Experience in functional, integrative, primary care, or wellness settings is a plus
