We are excited to welcome you as a potential patient at WIFM!

We want to explain our process to keep things simple and enjoyable.

The first step is to have you come in for complete lab work selected based on your symptoms/concerns. We draw labs in our office, and the cost is usually anywhere from $150-$350 depending on the number of labs needed. If you live more than 30 minutes from WIFM, you can have your labs drawn near your location; there are two options; insurance or discounted through LabCorp. Most patients are also scheduled to see a provider within two weeks of completing labs.

At your new patient appointment, your provider will discuss your history, symptoms and concerns and do an extensive review of your labs. Plan to be at WIFM for 45-60 minutes for this appointment. Our work with you is collaborative, so you’ll work with your provider to formulate a plan of care to improve your health and wellness. A new patient appointment is $550 at the time of service. This can be paid with cash, check, HSA funds or credit card (with a 3% CC convenience fee). Follow-up labs are scheduled at 10 weeks and you will follow up with your provider at 12 weeks.

Once you are feeling well, follow-up appointments are typically every 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Our follow-up appointments are about 20 to 30 minutes and cost $275 at the time of service.

WIFM does not work directly with insurance companies. Many of our patients submit statements for reimbursement to their insurance company. We provide an itemized receipt with diagnosis coding so you can submit your invoice to your insurance. We recommend that you call your insurance carrier to confirm what needs to be submitted.

Due to our high volume of patient calls, we will be focused on answering only those questions outside what’s covered on the FAQ page to service everyone.
