Job Summary
Responsibilities
As a nurse practitioner at WIFM, you will be an integral part of the team's approach to utilizing functional medicine practices to care for our robust patient population. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and develop care plans using functional medicine protocols.
Perform procedures based on your level of experience.
Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and holistic strategies to achieve their health goals.
Engage in 18-24 months of directed self-learning and onsite mentorship to develop a strong foundation in functional medicine.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Current NP certification.
Valid DEA licensure.
Commitment to completing CME that is 50 - 75% functional medicine-related and pre-approved.
Willingness to invest 18-24 months in onsite and self-directed learning to develop expertise in functional medicine.
Compensation
Base salary of $120,000 with bi-yearly bonuses based on key performance indicators (KPIs) after one year.
