About Wisconsin Institute of Functional Medicine

Wisconsin Institute of Functional Medicine (WIFM) is dedicated to transforming patient lives through a functional medicine approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues. We emphasize teamwork, lifelong learning, and innovative practices to deliver exceptional care. Our modern facilities and technology-driven workflow create a collaborative and efficient work environment for our team.

Job Summary

WIFM is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Lead (preferably an RN) to guide our nursing team with confidence, clarity, and compassion. This is not just a clinical role—it’s a leadership opportunity for someone eager to shape operations, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of clinical excellence.

As the Nurse Lead, you’ll oversee nursing workflows, support patient care initiatives, and collaborate closely with providers and clinic leadership to create a seamless, high-quality experience for both patients and staff. You’ll be the go-to resource for the nursing team, offering mentorship, structure, and support while also playing a key role in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is perfect for a nurse who is both hands-on and visionary — someone who enjoys solving problems, developing others, and building systems that work better.
