Who do these new maintenance plans apply to?
These plans apply only to current maintenance patients (you’ve been with WIFM™ for 6+ months) continuing care into 2026 for ongoing functional medicine treatment.
They DO NOT apply to:
- New Patients
- Aesthetic Appointments
- Pellet Therapy
- Lab-only appointments
What are the new Maintenance Plans?
They are 6-month bundled care packages that include visits, labs, prescription management, and more — designed to simplify your care and offer greater consistency and value.
How do I know which program is right for me?
If you’ve been a WIFM patient for more than 6 months, you’re likely a great fit for one of our maintenance programs.
- Metabolic Mastery is for current patients using GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for weight loss or maintenance.
- Longevity is for current patients who are continuing care and need prescription and/or supplement support but are not using a GLP-1 medication.

What if I am a new patient and just getting started?
If you are a new patient and been with WIFM for less than 6 months, please continue your plan of care that was discussed with your provider. Your provider will discuss additional program options at your next visit.
What is medical management?
Medical Management refers to the ongoing support and oversight provided by your clinical team to help you reach your health goals. This includes:
- Monitoring your progress and adjusting treatments as needed
- Managing prescriptions and supplements
- Reviewing lab results and symptoms
- Providing guidance between visits
- Coordinating care across your providers
At WIFM™, medical management is a key part of our Total Wellness Method™, ensuring your care is proactive, personalized, and aligned with your long-term vitality.
Enrollment
How do I enroll?
Make your selection above and our team will be in contact in the next 24-48 business hours to get you enrolled. Full payment is due at enrollment.
What payment methods do you accept?
To enroll in the program, you can pay by debit, credit, or HSA over the phone. Checks and cash are only accepted if they are delivered by December 31, 2025.
What’s the deadline to enroll?
December 31, 2025 — enroll by this date to lock in your pricing for 2 consecutive cycles (12 months).
What if I don’t want to continue care?
Cancel your upcoming appointments through the patient portal before November 30, 2025, to avoid cancellation fees.
What happens next after enrollment?
After you are enrolled (submitted your selection AND made payment), complete these two steps.
- Schedule your labs for February–May 2026.
- Schedule your provider follow-up at least 3 weeks after your labs.
*Both of these can be done in your patient portal.
What if I have an appointment scheduled in December?
If you have a Level 1 appointment scheduled in December, please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment between January and June 2026.
If you have a pellet, new patient visit, lab review or aesthetic appointment, your appointment will remain.
How many appointments are included in the program?
You will meet with your provider for one visit during the 6-month program.
Billing & Plan Structure
Can I customize what’s included in the plan?
No. These plans are pre-set and cannot be modified. No substitutions or discounts can be offered.
Are medication costs included?
- Metabolic Mastery: Yes — your program includes 1 vial of GLP-1 medication (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) plus necessary supplies.
- Longevity: No — prescription management is included, but medication costs are billed separately. If you’re prescribed compounded medications, you’ll pay the pharmacy directly based on their pricing.
Care Experience
Will this change how I receive care?
No. You’ll continue to receive the personalized care you’re used to. These new plans are designed to make everything more streamlined, proactive, and coordinated.
Can I still receive medications at home?
Yes. Medications can be shipped directly to your home when ordered (at a discounted rate).
What if I need additional vials of medication?
You will be able to purchase additional vials at a discounted price.
