Job Summary
As a Licensed Aesthetician at WIFM, you will be part of a growing aesthetics department built on trust, emotional connection, and high-level clinical skill. We are looking for someone who is grounded, emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and eager to grow with us as we expand our aesthetic offerings. This role goes far beyond performing treatments — it’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where patients feel seen, supported, and empowered to invest in themselves.
You will play a key role in delivering advanced facial treatments, including HydraFacial, Keravive, and Glo2Facial services, while also providing transformational procedures such as T-Shape 2 body contouring and NeoGen plasma skin regeneration. While these technologies are powerful, it’s not just about the machines; it’s about the magic that happens when someone feels understood, confident, and ready to say yes to their own healing and transformation.
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical mastery and emotional presence — someone who can guide patients through vulnerable moments, connect with authenticity, and recommend treatments with integrity. You should be coachable, confident, open to new ideas, and fully aligned with the mission of helping patients feel their best inside and out. This is not an entry-level role; we are looking for an experienced aesthetic professional who believes deeply in what we’re doing and is ready to help others believe too.
Responsibilities
As an Aesthetician at WIFM, you’ll be the go-to expert for one of our most personal services — helping clients feel empowered in their bodies.
Perform HydraFacial (all protocols, including Keravive scalp treatments) with expertise
Perform Glo2Facial treatments across all tiers/protocols
Deliver T Shape 2 body contouring treatments safely, skillfully, and compassionately
Perform NeoGen plasma treatments following all protocols and guidelines
Conduct elevated, educational consultations that build trust and long-term relationships
Confidently recommend personalized treatment plans and packages
Maintain exceptionally high standards of professionalism, sanitation, and documentation
Collaborate with the front desk and leadership for a seamless patient experience
Support aesthetic promotions, events, and marketing efforts
Track treatment outcomes and patient progress with precision
Uphold WIFM’s standards of warmth, excellence, and integrity
Work as a true team player — reliable, communicative, supportive, and solution-oriented
Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality
Skills & Competencies
- Has true mastery of HydraFacial and Glo2Facial treatments
- Has 5+ years of experience in aesthetics working directly with patients
- Is coachable, open to new ideas, and excited about helping build a growing aesthetics team
- Love helping people feel good in their bodies
- Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and lead with empathy
- Can guide people through vulnerability with warmth and grace
- Have fire, conviction, and belief in the service you deliver
- Are energized by selling transformation, not just sessions
- You can have a real conversation and close a sale (and you don’t shrink when someone says “it’s expensive”)
- Are passionate about aesthetics and wellness — and would invest in a package yourself

Qualifications
This role is for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and takes pride in delivering a truly exceptional experience.
Licensed Aesthetician (Active WI license)
Minimum 5 years hands-on clinical aesthetic experience
Certified + fully proficient in HydraFacial, including Keravive
Experienced with Glo2Facial protocols
Strong background in results-driven facials and advanced skincare
Experience with consultative sales and treatment planning
Strong emotional intelligence and patient connection skills
Tech-savvy with EMRs, booking systems, charting, and retail sales
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $26–$32
